Stephen Richter (President and Operations Manager)

Stephen is resilient in every task he puts his hands to. He is our greatest visionary and go-getter and makes completing any job (no matter the size or challenge) possible and achievable with precision and professionalism. Born into an asphalt maintenance family, Stephen carries a heritage of knowledge, experience, and expertise when it comes to maintaining your pavement or achieving any other related service. Around the clock, Stephen oversees and leads our sealing, asphalt, and restoration teams. He ensures that Wally’s Sealing & Paving Inc. will capture and fulfill all your asphalt maintenance and restoration needs.
Daniel Richter (Vice President and Asphalt Forman)

Daniel is the oldest brother on the team and has perfected and influenced proficiency in all our hot asphalt services. Hot asphalt repair and replacement is our most common and popular service. Our reputation for immaculate asphalt repair has stemmed from and is a biproduct of Daniels years of experience in leading and achieving our asphalt projects. With Daniels sharp eye for detail, he also spear-heads our line painting department. Joseph oversees and leads our customer relations and sales department. Rich Richter (Former CEO and Head of Sales)

Rich is the father of Wally’s Sealing & Paving Inc. For the last two decades he has been the driving force that has built Wally’s into the company it is today. Over the years he has extended the torch to his sons, teaching them and guiding them in everything he has learned and knows. Though Rich has stepped on into retirement, he continues to be of presence and companionship to our company and customers, today and in the days ahead.
