Choosing to sealcoat your parking lot or driveway with our emulsified sealer is an important step in helping extend the life of your asphalt by 150%. As one of the only companies in Canada offering an environmentally friendly sealer that can compete with the common coal tar base sealants, we hope we can do our part in making for a greener industry.
The Neyra Force sealer we use, has low volatile organic compounds, emits no obnoxious odours or fumes, and contains NO coal tar. It is chemically reinforced with high molecular weight to enhance its bond to pavement and create a tough and long-lasting protection. It rejuvenates asphalt surfaces, prevents cracks and raveling, and forms a tight seal creating an impenetrable barrier against destructive effects of sun, water, chemicals, and oil leaks. Using this product will give your pavement a deep black colour, lasting for 3 plus years. OUR PROCESS
Before sealing your pavement, our team will power sweep and blow your parking lot or driveway to the highest degree of cleanliness. The sealing process will then begin with cutting in around the edges. Our experienced team comes prepared with bendable boards, squeegees, and caged directed spray attachments to make sure all landscaping, brick, or curbs will not get hit by any sealer or overspray. After cutting in, we will spray or squeegee the rest of your pavement in an even, well coated, and consistent manner.
For parking lots we will recommend two or even three coats of sealer (for high traffic laneways). For driveways we can do one coat due to minimal traffic. For each coat, we will always stand by the manufacturers recommendations of allowing 24 hours of drying time.
